Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operations in South Africa. This pivotal role involves scaling our business, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading our team towards unprecedented success.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include but not limited to

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with our overarching vision. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine strategic directions and ensure execution across all business units.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the company’s daily operations, setting high standards for quality and efficiency. Implement industry-leading practices in operational processes, technology deployment, and project management.
• Innovation and Growth: Lead efforts to cultivate innovation within the company. Explore new market opportunities, drive research and development, and adopt advanced technologies to maintain TrueMark’s industry leadership.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives that bolster our operational capabilities and enhance customer experiences. Utilize data analytics, cloud computing, and AI to optimize operations and deliver superior client value.
• Team Leadership and Development: Develop a high-performing team culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Equip our team to meet the dynamic challenges of the tech landscape.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with finance to manage resources effectively, ensuring financial health and growth. Oversee investment strategies and funding initiatives to support business expansion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors. Enhance TrueMark’s brand and network by representing the company at industry events and in the media.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital trends, including software, cloud services, and customer experience technologies.
• Inspirational leadership skills, capable of motivating teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong analytical and innovative thinking, focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, able to foster relationships across the organization and with external partners.
• MBA or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields preferred.
